Special Event: BLM757 7th Annual Juneteenth at Fort Monroe

7th Annual #JuneteenthAtFortMonroe Saturday June 20th at 12 noon.
Schedule of events:
Part 1. Gathering at noon at the Fort Monroe gazebo with words, prayer, commemoration, and African drums performance. (Limited seating, please arrive early or bring a lawn chair)
Part 2. We will start our #1619AncestorsWalk where we give the history of 1619-1865 around 1pm
Part 3. We will be releasing the doves promptly at 1:45 pm at the First Africans in Virginia 1619 Marker
Part 4. African Drum Circle, and fellowship
