Join us at the Visitor and Education Center @ Fort Monroe on Saturday, June 24th from 11am – 1pm for Rampart Readers, our children’s book series in partnership with Hampton Public Library. This month we will be learning about the history and celebration of Juneteenth by reading Juneteenth: Our Day of Freedom by Sharon Dennis Wyeth and illustrated by Kim Holt and crafting a Juneteenth flag.
