Fort Monroe Updates:

• The West Bastion connecting the pedestrian bridge (postern gate) outside of the Visitor & Education Center to the interior of the fort is closed to pedestrian traffic through mid-December 2025. 
• Seasonal Hours: The Visitor & Education Center and Casemate Museum will be closed on Tuesdays starting November 18th, 2025 through March 31st, 2026.
