Public Meeting: Special Virtual Call Meeting of the Fort Monroe Authority Board of Trustees

The Fort Monroe Authority Board of Trustees will hold a special virtual call meeting on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 12 noon.  The purpose of this meeting will be the discussion of the award of a public contract to a landscape design firm.   Following a brief open session, there will be a closed session in accordance to Virginia Section 2.2-3711(A)(29).  Members of the public may virtually attend the open sessions of this meeting via Zoom.  Please email Phyllis Terrell, Director of Communications by 5 pm on Thursday, January 15th at pterrell@fortmonroe.org
