The Supernova International Ska Festival is the largest festival dedicated to ska music in the United States. The festival started in 2014 and prides itself on mixing legendary artists with ska bands from all eras. Foundation ska musicians like Derrick Morgan. The Skatalites, and Doreen Shaffer have shared the stage with bands like Hepcat, The Aggrolites, The Suicide Machines, The Skints over the years.
The 2024 Supernova Ska Festival will feature some of the best ska bands on the planet.
The 2024 line-up includes The Selecter, Roy Ellis backed by The Aggrolites, The Slackers, Inspector (exclusive East Coast show), Skavoovie and the Epitones (reunion of original members), Operation Ivy set by Laura Jane Grace backed by Catbite, The Pietasters, Five Iron Frenzy, Mad Caddies, Los Skarnales, Jamaican legends The Pioneers and Johnny Osbourne, Big D & The Kids Table, The Planet Smashers, Chris Murray, Mephiskapheles, Hey-Smith, Catbite, Hub City Stompers, The Doped Up Dollies, Rude Girl Revue, Queen P, The Steady 45s, The Bandulus, Boss Capone & Patsy, Eastern Standard Time, The Kilograms, Coolidge, Half Past Two, Monkey, Flying Raccoon Suit, Mutiny, The Prizefighters, The Fuss, Los Mal Hablados, and The Operators. Junor Francis and Dunia Best are emcees.
