Season Two of Evolution of Freedom continues!! Join us as we discuss one of our favorite topics, The Food!! Our third episode was postponed due to unforeseen circumstances but we are back and will be live on July 27th as we dig into what it means to be of Asian Pacific Islander decent in the culinary industry with our host Kelli Lemon and our special guest, Chef Will Leung-Richardson! Three distinct and personal dishes will walk us through the conversation about influences and explore how ideas of freedom appear in the dishes prepared.
The Evolution of Freedom series seeks to expand our understanding of themes of freedom through the exploration of shared national and international narratives, and expressions of collective memory through the arts.
