Fort Monroe has received several national designations to celebrate and protect this area’s important heritage. The Fort Monroe Visitor & Education Center and Casemate Museum are closed today. Both sites will be open on Friday, November 24 resuming their regular operating hours.

Happy Holidays Everyone! The Fort Monroe Visitor & Education Center and the Casemate Museum will close at 3 pm on December 24. These locations will re-open on December 27 at their regular scheduled hours--9:30 am for the Visitor Center and 10 am for the Casemate Museum.
