UGK’s Culinary Director, Chef Eric Smith will prepare three of his favorite dishes live as we dive into conversation about his influences to cooking and we’ll explore how he expresses himself and the ideas of freedom in the dishes he prepares. Virtual attendees at this special event will have a chance to ask questions and chat with Chef Eric.
About Chef Eric Smith
Chef Smith, a.k.a. “Edot Da Chef,” is an innovative private chef who consistently delivers an unparalleled dining experience. Hailing from Sumter, South Carolina, Chef Eric earned his degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta after a short career in the U.S. Air Force.
Chef Eric has created fare in various kitchens from private country clubs to five-star luxury hotels. His passion for creative freedom led him to create The Black Plate Private Dining Experience, which will undoubtedly solidify his place in the world of Culinary Arts and propel him further toward his goal of global notability and respect.
