USAGE

Font weights, size and styles should remain consistent in order to ensure a strong and effective brand identity.
Sans-serif fonts are generally used in body copy whereas serif and script fonts are reserved mainly for headlines.

Trajan Pro

Trajan Pro Regular is used primarily in headlines. These are written in sentence case and should be at least double the size of the body copy that follows. They may be used in any color or in white as reversed text on a colored background.

Helvetica Neue

Helvetica Neue Regular (or Arial Regular when Helvetica Neue is unavailable) is used in body copy and is the primary
sans-serif typeface for Fort Monroe. Body copy is generally between 9pt and 12pt in size. Colors generally used are
dark blue (Pantone 86-4-6), black or gray.

Calluna

Calluna (or Unna as a Google Font) is used as the main font for body copy on letterhead, business cards and other
templates. It is also used on the Fort Monroe website in page headers, written in all caps.

Cenizas

Cenizas font is used exclusively for short headlines, titles and taglines, and is generally reserved for decorative purposes.

EXAMPLES

The various typefaces of the Trajan Pro, Helvetica Neue, Calluna and Cenizas can be used together quite effectively.
The various weights and sizes provide opportunities for visual contrast.
