E-MAIL SIGNATURE
Fort Monroe employees should utilize the following standard e-mail signature for any and all instances of company communication. The signature line rests at the bottom of each e-mail, projecting consistency, professionalism and confidence to the recipient.
The primary font used in Fort Monroe e-mails is Arial.
Body
E-mail body copy uses Arial Regular. Bold and Italic weights may also be used.

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUTLOOK
- Open the URL
http://howellcreativegroup.com/TestPages/fm/fm-signature.html using a Web browser such as Firefox. - Highlight the Signature Image
Left-click at the top left of the page. Then while holding down the shift key, left-click in the lower right area of the page. If you don’t see anything obviously highlighted you may need to left-click at the top then hold down your left mouse button as you move to the lower right. - Copy the Signature
Right-click and select copy. - Paste the Signature in Outlook
Create a new signature in Outlook 2007, 2010 or 2011 and then, within that blank signature window, right-click and select paste or press ctrl-v. - Update E-mail Signature with Your Contact Information
Update the contact details on the e-mail signature with your personal information (name, phone, title, etc.). Be sure you do not modify size, color or font of e-mail signature. - Save your new signature

OUT-OF-OFFICE E-MAIL SIGNATURE
When Fort Monroe employees are away from the office for even a day or two, we still want people sending e-mails
to receive a response. The automated e-mail response message should be set up from your computer when you leave
and disabled as soon as you return. If you are not familiar with how to set up this e-mail preference, feel free to contact
the Marketing Department for details.
