Fort Monroe is a wonderful place to visit. If you are a history buff, nature lover or simply looking for a good meal, a day at Fort Monroe is unlike any other.
Fort Monroe has received several national designations to celebrate and protect this area’s important heritage. 
The Fort Monroe Authority Main Office and the Leasing Office will close at 12 noon today, December 22. The Visitor & Education Center and the Casemate Museum will be open for their regular operating hours. On Saturday, December 23rd, the Visitor & Education Center and the Casemate Museum will close at 3 pm.
