2019 Programmatic Agreement Annual Status Report
PA Stakeholders 2019 Annual Meeting Agenda

Stakeholders to the Fort Monroe 2009 Programmatic Agreement (PA) are invited to the annual stakeholders meeting on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. The Fort Monroe Authority will be hosting the annual meeting in conjunction with our property partners, the US Army and National Park Service. The meeting will be held at 1:00pm in the 2nd floor theatre of the Fort Monroe Visitor and Education Center, located at 30 Ingalls Road, Fort Monroe, VA 23651. Conference call capabilities will be available for those unable to attend the meeting in person.

The FMA has requested the attendance and participation of the United States Army, National Park Service and the Virginia Department of Historic Resources (SHPO). The purpose of the meeting, as stipulated in the PA, is to review the implementation and achieved outcomes of the terms of the
Agreement and the state-level MOU and to determine whether any amendments are needed.

By the date of this 2019 Annual Status Report, no request to amend the Agreement and the state-level MOU have been made by a Signatory Party to those agreements. It is anticipated that both the United States Army and the FMA will provide an update to the stakeholders. The NPS will provide a property update for the stakeholders as well.

Please know how much we appreciate your continued support of Fort Monroe and we hope
that you will be able to join us for this very important meeting. Please RSVP by Friday, February 23 to Paul Presenza, FMA Cultural Resources Specialist, or call 757.251.2743 and indicate whether you will attend the meeting in person or via conference call.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the FMAHPO directly at or by phone at (757) 251-2745
